Espadrilles Fatte a Mano

400 years of tradition

Our espadrilles are fatte a mano in a small village in Spain, where this artisan tradition has been transmitted by father to son for more than 400 years, keeping even now same philosophy and making each espadrillas unique and exclusive.

  • Only 100% natural jute is used for the sole.

  • The sole is warped as in the past by hand and one by one.

  • To renforce the shoe the natural rubber fully covers the jute sole through a process of vulcanizing.

  • The local women sew by hand togheter the sole and the shoe trim, with the tecnique of punto hojal.
