TERMS & CONDITIONS

The registration and/or the use of the website www.dipoldo.com ( the “Website”) imply the user’s  ( the “User”) acceptance of the General Conditions herein. Your use of the Website and /or the acceptance  of the General Conditions at registration represent an agreement between you and Crazy for Cashemre s.r.l.s. (the “Company”). If you do not agree on  the following General Conditions  you will not be authorized to use the Website and the services provided by the Company. These General Conditions  exclusively regulate the offer, the forwarding and the acceptance of purchasing orders of products on www.dipoldo.com, between the Website Users and the Company.

 

1.    Content property
 

The Website and its contents, including for instance the texts and the images ( the “Contents”), are property of the Company or of Third Parties that provide services to the Company. All rights are reserved unless specifically specified. Any Content such as brands, logos or any other distinctive signs are registered trademarks  of the Company or of Third Parties that have granted the relevant rights. An unauthorized use of the contents or any use by the Customer which is to be considered in contrast with these General Conditions is forbidden.

 

2.    Conclusion of contract with the Company


In order to conclude the purchasing contract of one or more products on www.dipoldo.com the User will have to fill in an electronic  format order form and send it to the Company,  in electronic data transmission, following the instructions.
The contract will be considered as concluded when the Company receives, in electronic data transmission, the order form from the User, after checking the correctness of the data included. Once the contract is concluded, the Company will assume the Customer’s purchasing order. The Company has the right to not carry on with those orders that might prove to have insufficient assurance of solvency or that prove to be incomplete or not correct or in case if the products are not available. In any of these cases the Company will inform the Customer it will not be able to carry out the order specifying the reasons for it. In case the products ordered by the Customer were no longer available, the Company will immediately inform the Customer. In case the form is sent and the amount due is paid, the Company will refund the Customer for what has been paid in advance.

PAYMENTS

 

The payments made on the site are safe and guaranteed and can be carried out as follows:
- Credit Card payment
- Paypal payment

 

Credit Card Payment
 

In case of purchases  with Credit Card  (with associated conclusion of the order transaction) the referential Bank Institute will authorize the charge of the amount related to the purchase made. In case the order is cancelled, either by the Customer or by the Company (should the contract not be accepted), the Company will be asked to cancel the transition and transfer the amount committed. The Company has the authority to request further information from the Customer or the transmission of copies of documents which prove the ownership of the card used. In case the Customer does not provide such documents and/or copies, the Company reserves the option of not accepting the conclusion of the contract. At no point during the purchasing process by Credit Card is the Company able to know personal information regarding the owner of the card since the information is sent directly to the website of the Bank Institute which manages the transaction, which is  a protected site.

 

Paypal Payment
 

Selecting Paypal Payment the Customer will be redirected to a page of the Paypal Website where he will write in his email address and password and the payment will be carried out. The financial data of the User will be dealt with by Paypal directly. In case the order is cancelled or Crazy for Cashmere s.r.l.s does not accept it, the amount will be refunded on the Paypal account of the User. Crazy for Cashmere s.r.l.s. will not be considered responsible  for delays or damages occurred during the refund process.

Cash on Delivery:

Payment cash on delivery is available only for orders made within Italy ( the cash on delivery payment is without extra cost ) 

DELIVERY TIME

 

Orders are shipped out every weekday, Monday through Friday, except holidays. All orders are carefully hand-prepared by our customer support team, our current preparing time is 1 to 2 business days. This is actual working days and does not include weekends and holidays. Items are shipped via courier with tracking, which delivers into European Union and Switzerland in 3 to 5 business days and everywhere else from 1 to 4 weeks. These shipping times are only estimates and not guaranteed.

If you are working on a deadline and you need your purchase in a hurry for a gift or a special occasion, please contact us before purchasing to discuss expediting your order and we will try our best to accommodate you at no extra charge (except any additional shipping fees).

COUNTRIES AND SHIPPING COST

 

Shipping to Italy or to European Union is always free,  and is free of charge Worldwide for all orders of amounts equal to or exceeding 250€. 
For all orders below this amount, the shipping costs, charged to the client, are consist of 20€ for Switzerland and 50€ for delivery to all other countries.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

 

Our products are shipped from Italy and may be subject to customs duties not included in the product price or our shipping and handling fee. Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. which are collected by the carrier upon delivery. Customs duties are set and collected by the government of the country where your order is delivered,  We cannot discount or alter customs duties in any way or reimburse you for them. Duties and taxes vary by country, so please check your local regulations to calculate.

COLOR ACCURACY

 

We tried to represent the prints accurately online. However, since the colours you see depend on your device settings, we cannot guarantee an identical match between screen images and prints on paper or canvas. Please consider that computer monitors can display colours differently one from each other and what you see on your screen might slightly vary from the print you receive. By ordering and submitting payment, you agree to these terms.

RETURNS

 

If you’re not 100 percent happy with an item for any reason, just contact us  at info@dipoldo.com  and  include your order number and details. Please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed. We’ll get back to you soon with instructions on processing your return.

Our policy lasts 30 days and you may return any unused product to us in its original condition within thirty days of receiving it.The purchased goods will have to be intact and given back in their original packaging, complete of all its parts.The Customer will be entirely responsible for the shipping as long as it does not reach our warehouse. We are unable to accept returns on any item not in its original condition, if damaged during the shipping process or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error. If thirty days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement. We don’t exchange it with a different one even if it has equal value.

REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

 

We will offer the possibility to choose a full replacement or vaucher for the total amount paid,  or if you prefer, a refund for the price of the product minus the non-refundable cost of shipping, once we receive the item. Any refunds or replacement will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed. In case of refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

When placing an order, please review your shipping address to be sure it’s correct. Shipping will be made to your billing address by default unless during purchase you clearly indicate that you want your item(s) shipped elsewhere. The shop is not responsible for shipping to wrong or old address and we do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages.
